Junior / Account Manager Role : As a Junior / Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving account growth. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to account management. A solid understanding of audio-visual (AV) and/or lighting equipment is essential, as you will be working closely with clients in these industries. Junior / Account Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and resolving issues. Provide expert advice on AV and lighting equipment, ensuring clients receive the best solutions for their needs. Support business growth by identifying new opportunities within accounts. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare reports and updates on account performance. What They Are Looking For: Essential: Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles. Strong understanding of AV and/or lighting equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Must be commutable to Glasgow.
