We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Events & Office Administrator to join our events team! This part-time role offers flexible hours and involves coordinating with clients, organizing events, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll be key in ensuring smooth event execution while handling administrative tasks and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client communication via phone, email, and meetings
* Event coordination, setup, and hosting
* Administrative support (contracts, scheduling and reporting)
* Data management using spreadsheets and other IT tools
* Assisting with event logistics, including the setup and breakdown of rooms or equipment
* Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries
* Monitoring and ordering event materials and equipment
* General administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and assisting with correspondence
Skills Needed:
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Friendly and Customer-focused
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
* Experience in event coordination is a plus
* Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
* Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings as required
