2. Develop clear and accessible student progress reports for teachers, parents, and external agencies, ensuring timely and effective communication that drives student success and enhances parent engagement.
3. Streamline and develop the use of Bromcom and other data systems, increasing efficiency in data management, ensuring accuracy, and providing a user-friendly experience for staff.
4. Lead the development of data literacy among staff, offering support and advice on using Bromcom and related systems to improve data analysis capabilities.
5. Oversee the collection and analysis of key student data to aid in effective self-evaluation, driving school improvement and supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience in handling and processing data, with excellent IT skills, including experience using MIS systems such as Bromcom.
2. Experience working within an educational environment and with external agencies, essential for effectively supporting the school's data needs.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ensuring data is clearly understood by parents, pupils, and staff members.
4. Willingness to undergo further training and development to stay updated on best practices and technological advancements in data management.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to act on their own initiative.
