Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. This full-time position offers a 40-hour contracted workweek and a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a passionate and hard-working team to create exceptional culinary experiences for our customers in the market-leading food service company in the UK. Key responsibilities include assisting senior chefs in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new menu ideas, improve existing recipes, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
About You:
* Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
