A high profile, leading brand from within the Agency market is looking for a Paid Social – Account Director to work with one of their largest clients, a leading consumer brand.
Joining the wider account and paid team you will be involved in leading and executing the annual client strategy, working closely with a number of stakeholders, offering advice and strategic direction as well as managing a significant spend within this channel.
The Role :
* Take a lead in developing an annual strategic plan for your client, with best allocation of budget.
* Measure and plan using data and insight.
* Deliver on client KPi’s and metrics and make sure all work is done on time and within budget.
* Develop briefs and challenge in a productive way, making sure “paid social” is an integral part of the overall client strategy.
* Lead and manage a small team, mentoring with clear goals and training.
The Candidate :
* A paid social expert with extensive experience ideally Agency side.
* Excellent knowledge of Social Media, with a creative flair and strategic approach.
* Experience of delivering results based on set KPi’s and budgets.
* Knowledge of social API platforms.
* Great team player with experience managing a team.
