Job Title: Parts Advisor We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to serve as the main point of contact for Workshop Engineers, providing essential support in parts and materials management. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop by handling various administrative and logistical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison for Workshop Engineers, managing the issuing of parts and materials. Utilize computerised systems to identify and track parts. Oversee parts purchasing and coordinate stock levels. Assist in processing material requisitions and ensure timely order placements through the company system. Manage the receipt of goods and ensure accurate inventory control. Handle customer and internal inquiries via email and telephone. Desired Skills and Experience: A professional telephone manner with strong communication skills. Experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry. A full, valid driving license would be beneficial but not mandatory. Hours: Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week. (8am - 4pm & 8am - 5pm rotated between team) Every 3rd Saturday working.
