Experienced Contact Centre Migration Business Analyst required for an Immediate start!
Overview:
1. Duration: 6 months
2. Outside IR35
3. Rate: £400-425 per day
4. Hybrid: 1-2 days per week on site
Requirements:
1. Contact centre migration experience
2. Cisco UCCX
3. Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
4. NetCall- Voice Bot and Liberty Converse platform would be highly desirable
5. Local Authority experience (Preferable)
