There's never been a better time to join us What we’re looking for… The Digital Supply Chain Executive role is to play a supporting role in the Digital Supply Chain team, reporting into the Digital Transformation Manager - Supply Chain. You will provide support to the Digital Supply Chain team by preparing scheduled reports, completing ad-hoc analysis as required and liaising with team members from Planning to ensure S&OP and S&OE reporting is continually improved. You will also play a key role in the embedding of new principles agreed or any new systems or platforms implemented through the work of the Digital Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for maintaining and completing governance trackers and data integrity checkers, ensuring timely and accurate updates. You will create and curate all SOPs related to any new and existing digital solutions ensuring the highest level of accuracy and clarity. You will ensure that all planning and meta-data relating to any new or existing digital solutions is kept up to date and with the highest level of accuracy. You will also complete any required regular administration actions within systems. Your responsibilities will include As Digital Supply Chain Executive your responsibilities will include; The business has indicated that digitisation is a key strategic priority for the group. You will be responsible for supporting all endeavours of the Digital Supply Chain team including projects and initiatives launched by the Team and Digital Steer-Co by providing a unique skill set of analytics skills and AG Barr business specialisation knowledge. A major part of the role will be providing the highest level of quality insights and data accuracy related to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes. They will ensure continual improvement of this reporting and promote the use of digital solutions where appropriate. You will provide key support to the team by maintaining data integrity checkers and trackers, and ensure all ad-hoc analytics requirements are completed in a timely manner and to high levels of accuracy. You will be a key internal contact for new Supply Chain platforms and systems and will be called upon to explain processes to colleagues, creating and curating SOPs as required. What you’ll bring The successful candidate will have; Proficient in both new and existing tools, systems, and platforms with the ability to confidently support the wider business through continual maintenance and improvements. Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred but not required). A background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) disciplines. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Excellent problem solving skills. Experience in managing, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed decision making. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets management and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
