Econometrics Consultant: Marketing Effectiveness
£45,000-£55,000
Great role for an experienced econometrician to join a leading marketing effectiveness consultancy. You’ll be responsible for building accurate models, interpreting data, and delivering clear, actionable insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver precise analytic models using established tools and processes, contributing to additional projects as assigned by the Team Leader.
2. Analyze data to produce concise and insightful customer communications, including presentations and reports, while crafting data-driven narratives.
3. Ensure timely project delivery, meeting client deadlines and expectations.
4. Continuously expand your expertise in marketing effectiveness through internal training and support the development of Analysts and Graduate Analysts.
5. Work extensively with Big Data, econometrics, and Marketing Mix Modelling.
6. Mentor and manage junior team members on a daily basis.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
1. 3-5 years of experience in Big Data analysis, econometrics, and Marketing Mix Modelling.
2. Strong understanding of media, marketing, pricing, and promotions, ideally within a consultancy, media agency, or media owner environment.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and tools such as Eviews, R, or SQL (programming skills are a plus).
4. Exceptional attention to detail.
5. Fluent and confident in English communication.
6. Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities.
7. Professional communication skills in a client-focused environment.
8. Ability to take increasing ownership of smaller client projects and become more self-sufficient.
