About the Role
Our client in Glasgow Bellshill is a well-established renovations company looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team due to company growth. They are seeking someone with previous Sales Admin/coordination experience who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment. Please read on to find out more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support the field sales team by qualifying customer needs before booking sales appointments into the sales team diaries.
2. Call potential customers after they have enquired online and on social media.
3. Qualify and confirm exactly what services customers are looking for.
4. Book appointments with customers and schedule these appointments into the sales team's diaries.
5. Call customers after their sales visit to see if they would like to proceed.
6. Send out quotes and contracts to customers.
7. Perform daily admin tasks.
About You:
1. Previous Sales admin/coordinator experience is very beneficial for this role.
2. Customer Service experience.
3. Admin skills with excellent attention to detail.
4. Confident speaking with people over the phone.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Willing to work to targets to achieve personal bonuses.
