We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team, as Aftersales Apprentice at our Tamworth branch. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.
Role Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in the parts department, ensuring they receive the right products for their service and repair needs.
* Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and guide them to suitable parts and accessories.
* Provide accurate information regarding parts availability, pricing, and delivery times, ensuring customers are fully informed.
* Process orders and manage inventory to maintain stock levels, assisting with parts ordering and restocking as needed.
* Collaborate with service technicians to identify necessary parts for repairs, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
* Schedule service appointments and maintain a clear communication channel with customers about their service and repair needs.
* Provide accurate estimates for service and repairs, clearly communicating costs and timelines to customers.
* Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
* Promote the sale of genuine parts and accessories, leveraging opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
* Maintain a clean and organised parts area, ensuring all parts are easily accessible and clearly labelled.
* Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
* A passion for customer service and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
* Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the automotive sector, but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A team-oriented mindset, ready to support colleagues and collaborate effectively.
* A willingness to learn and stay updated on product and technical information.
* Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
