Key Responsibilities: · Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact. · Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients. · ProblemSolving: Address client enquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. · Collaboration: Work closely withs ales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and to develop tailored solutions. · Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement. · MarketAnalysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
