Pay for the Secretary position:
£13.00 per hour.
Hours for the Secretary position:
Monday – Thursday – 09:00-15:00
Duties and Responsibilities for the Secretary position:
Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
Data entry onto Xero accounting.
Checking post.
Replying to emails.
General office admin duties.
The Candidate:
Must have Xero accounting experience.
Strong communication skills and problem – solving abilities.
Be a naturally forward planner.
