Responsibilities
* Supervise villa services staff to ensure high-quality guest experiences
* Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and guest requests
* Conduct inspections to ensure villas meet cleanliness and readiness standards
* Train and mentor villa services team members
* Address guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution
* Monitor inventory of villa supplies and amenities
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest stays
* Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs
Experience and Qualifications
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance protocols
