KCR Solutions are assisting our client in their search for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join their growing team on a part time basis. It is anticipated that the role will initially require around 16 - 24 hours per week. The successful candidate will support the business by managing various financial and administration tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities : · Processing purchase invoices · Matching invoices to purchase orders and dealing with discrepancies and queries · Supplier statement reconciliations · Assist with managing sales ledger and retentions ledger · Assist with payroll administration · Company credit card reconciliations and posting journals · Ensure monthly mileage records are kept up to date · Assist with general administration tasks as needed What we are looking for: · Proven experience in accounts or finance roles · Working knowledge of Excel and Sage 50 · Excellent communication and organisational skills · A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to support the wider team Pay is £ 25,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year pro rata.
