Role Highlights:
Provide one-on-one assistance to students with SEN, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals.
Work collaboratively with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning techniques to support individual needs.
Foster a caring and inclusive classroom atmosphere that prioritizes each student's emotional and social well-being.
Assist with daily classroom activities, ensuring every student feels engaged and supported.
Maintain ongoing communication with families and carers, offering regular insights into each child's progress and development.Ideal Candidate:
While experience with SEN support is a plus, we welcome applicants with a patient, understanding approach and a commitment to making a difference.
Adaptability and creativity in working with a variety of learning styles.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
A driver's license and vehicle are helpful but not required, given the location in Lambeth.Benefits of the Role:
