Role Upon joining this firm, you will become an Associate to support and drive privacy compliance programs across various industries, including technology, automotive, retail/FMCG and market research. Your main responsibilities will involve designing and launching tailored privacy products, such as SmartSAR and delivering outsourced Data Protection Officer (DPO) services to help clients maintain compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. You will also be tasked with advising clients on data protection functions, drafting privacy policies, and ensuring the effective management of data subject rights. Primarily, the role will focus on industries adopting new technologies, with particular emphasis on adtech, AI and blockchain. As an associate, you will help clients navigate the privacy challenges related to targeted advertising, data processing in AI systems and integrating privacy principles into blockchain-based applications. It is key that you have an understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to offer privacy solutions that comply with evolving regulations while maintaining operational flexibility for clients.
