If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you About the Role As an Advisory Team Manager within our Legal Services Department, youllbe responsible for managing team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and serving as the first point of contact for RAC product and Legal Expenses Insurancequeries.Youll work closely with the Technical Advice Managerand Training Manager to keep the team's knowledge up to date, ensuring they deliver expert legal and product advice every time. Operational Performance Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, optimising productivity and accuracy in legal advice delivery. ? Training & Knowledge Management Keep your own homeand motor insurance knowledge up to date, coaching and mentoring the team. ? Customer-Centric Focus Ensure all activities prioritise customer needs and align with our brand values. ? Recruitment & Workforce Management Oversee hiring of legally trained advisors and ensure optimal shift patterns. ? Compliance & Quality Assurance Support quality monitoring to meet FCA and TCF standard What Were Looking For Ideally 1 years experience managing a call centre or other customer facing team (Home, Motor, or Legal Expenses Insurance preferred). Excellent knowledge of general insurance products and processes Proven track record of developing high-performing teams in a customer-centric environment. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing business needs. Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to positively influence performance.
