Position Summary
As Field Sales Representative, your focus will be developing profitable new and existing business in the assigned territory. The role is 75% field based and your key responsibilities will include:
1. Maximise company turnover in your area
2. Regular cold calling and project searching
3. Build and maintain customer's relationships
4. Regular face to face meetings
5. Explaining/interpreting & providing customers solutions that maximise results
6. Communicating effectively internally. You will be required to meet sales targets and show a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience to hit the ground running:
1. Minimum 1 year's sales experience and able to demonstrate a successful track record of sales within the construction industry
2. Full clean UK driving licence
3. Pro-active with a can-do attitude
4. First class communicator
5. Confident, with gravitas and impact
