This role involves assisting in the delivery of training to both internal colleagues and external customers, maintaining training materials, and managing training facilities. If you have a great understanding of UK Building regulations and have a flare for training, please do get in touch today What you'll be doing: Deliver product and application training programmes for internal colleagues, external salespeople, and site services engineers. Conduct product, application, and installation training for customers and stakeholders. Engage with line managers to ensure that Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Behaviour (SKEB) matrices are updated and staff are trained to required competency levels. Assist with the administrative requirements of the department, including updating the SKEB and Training Register, providing training feedback, and scheduling training sessions. Maintain training collateral to reflect the latest product information and technical data. Manage and maintain training facilities and rigs to ensure they are suitable for training sessions. Record completed training sessions on the relevant training registers and issue certificates to successful participants. What you'll need: IFE Level 3 in Passive Fire Protection Good understanding of the UK Building Regulations Part B Fire Safety. Knowledge of testing standards and methodologies related to cavity barriers and firestopping.
