As Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how this exciting brand builds long-term relationships with its customers. You'll create and deliver personalised, high-impact campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, working closely with the brand and customer service teams. What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and execute creative, data-driven retention campaigns that keep customers engaged and excited about the brand.
Manage and optimise the global retention calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications.
Lead lifecycle campaigns, from onboarding new customers to re-engaging those at risk of churning.
Collaborate with the brand team to create compelling, on-brand content for multi-channel engagement.
Leverage data insights from the loyalty programme and app to refine and personalise communications.
Monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics like engagement, conversion, and retention rates to continuously optimise strategy.

What We're Looking For:
3+ years' experience in a customer retention, CRM, or loyalty-focused role, ideally in fashion, beauty, health, or wellness.
Proven track record in creating and managing multi-channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Strong knowledge of customer retention platforms, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies.
Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign performance analysis and optimisation.
