The Work You’ll Do
:
Corporate Account Managers are responsible for working with existing clients and new clients to sell company products including negotiate and close long-term contracts. This role will be responsible for managing the renewals process from start to finish working with various departments throughout the company with an emphasis on Sales, Legal and Finance. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiations, updating sales force automation and all other aspects of the prospecting and sales renewals sales process. This role will be responsible for the sales process from BRFC to Close, while leveraging resources effectively throughout the sales cycle on strategic deals, whiling articulating the value propositions of Sovos’ products and services. This role will work with various departments throughout the company with an emphasis on Sales, Legal and Finance. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiations, updating sales force automation and all other aspects of the prospecting and sales renewals sales process.
More specifically you will:
1. Prospect within assigned territory to create leads for new client sales by growing pipeline opportunities
2. Sell and promote SaaS solutions to new accounts
3. Develop and execute strategic opportunity plans that ensures quota attainment
4. Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
5. Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external client satisfaction
6. Work with sales and marketing team to share new ideas and new business development strategies
7. Leverages multiple communication methods
8. Skilled at time management and prioritization
9. Effective at territory planning and execution
10. Efficient at asking questions to understand needs and uncover opportunities
11. Acts as a role model and mentor across organization sharing best practices and messaging etc.
12. Shows willingness to learn from other sales roles, internal business partners, and client experiences
What We Need From You:
13. Ability to navigate and manage end to end sales cycles
14. 1-3 years’ experience as BDR, quota-carrying Sales role or similar; software solution sales preferred
15. Knowledge of contact management solutions, preferably
16. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
17. Business travel may be required to attend client meetings and conferences
18. Interact effectively with teammates, colleagues, and customers
19. Comprehend and communicate complex concepts
20. Concentrate, analyze and resolve complex problems
21. Utilize technology ( phone systems, computer hardware and software applications) to fulfill work requirements and effective communication
22. Makes their own opportunities for learning experiences
