About the role
Weare really excited about the Finance Apprenticeship role we have on offer. We havecreated a programme with a rotation through all the departments within ourFinance Function across the Churchill Group of companies, so that you get arounded understanding of all aspects of working in a Finance Team. You willhave the opportunity to work in Churchill Retirement, Churchill EstatesManagement, and for our charity the Churchill Foundation, all based inRingwood.
Ourfinance departments are busy with a variety of activities to keep you occupiedwhen you are not studying. As you rotate through departments, you will learn howto support with payroll and pension administration, HMRC returns, BACS andcheque payments, bank reconciliations, processing invoices and ledgertransactions, as well as the production of financial reports. At all times youwill be supported by a skilled team with experience in helping apprentices todevelop the skills they need to succeed.
An apprenticeship withChurchill Retirement Living also offers a professional, friendly, and familyvalues working environment where vital ‘soft’ skills such as communication,teamwork and effective and efficient working practices will be developed.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9am to5.30pm and Fridays are 9am to 5pm.

Accountsor Finance assistant Level 2
AATCertificate in Accounting
What opportunities are there for progression?
On successful completion of the Accounts or FinanceAssistant apprenticeship you will enrol onto the Assistant Accountapprenticeship Level 3 to further your development.
