Description
1. Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
2. Assisting with screening records
3. Reviewing high volumes of driver applications
4. Assisting with the organisation's HR, including liaising with external recruitment agencies
5. Sending interview confirmations and updating candidates within the process
6. Supporting with company recruitment days
7. Reviewing applications and liaising with other departments
8. Updating trackers and sending detailed updates
9. Handling correspondence and queries
Profile
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
1. A high level of organisational skills
2. Previous recruitment or HR background desirable
3. Proficiency in MS Office
4. A proactive nature and the ability to work independently
5. Excellent communication skills
6. The ability to multitask
7. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
8. Ability to commute to Manchester
