I am working alongside a groundworks and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new project for a valued client. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge and understanding of demolition and structures.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
1. Working alongside the project manager and contracts manager.
2. Managing plant, labour, and materials.
3. Task briefings.
4. Record keeping.
5. Managing health and safety compliance.
6. Liaising with the main contractor and client.
Site Manager Requirements:
1. Right to work in the UK.
2. NVQ level 6.
3. SMSTS.
4. First aid.
5. Previous experience with demolition.
6. IT literate.
7. Full UK driving licence.
