If you are a talented and passionate Mortgage and Protection Adviser who puts the client's needs at the heart of everything you do and are committed to exceeding expectations and delivering great customer outcomes, then this is the role you have been looking for Additionally, if you have aspirations to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser (advising on Investments and Pensions) in the future, there could be an opportunity to be supported and mentored through that process. You will be joining the business at an exciting time, as they invest in enhancing their marketing and brand strategy, and you would have the autonomy to build further lead sources and to establish further introducer agreements. What’s involved in the role: You will be responsible for managing client enquiries and the advice process. Following up on leads promptly and maximising opportunities to convert referrals. Dealing effectively with a number of existing customers and scheduled product transfers as well as new customers. You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value a quality service. You will be provided with a steady flow of leads from a combination of an existing client base, organic referrals, and will also be supported to undertake pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads. Booking appointments, fact finding, carrying out product research and providing recommendations whilst building outstanding client rapport to generate future business. Working with a wide range of providers to source the best product for each customer and building up effective relationships with BDMs. Working to promote Protection and Insurance products to a large number of existing customers. This opportunity will suit a pro-active Mortgage and Protection Adviser who is able to build lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently on a self-employed basis. A desk in our London office will be provided.
