This is an exciting opportunity to work strategically with a multi-site medium sized International organisation in the service sector. The role manages a small team of HR Business Partners and works with the wider UK and International region to drive the People agenda. Supported by your HRBP team of three and the wider HR Service Centre the position business partners Head office functions and operational business areas, developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders to effectively deliver the People agenda. With a focus on talent, succession planning, employee engagement and development, leadership development and performance you will design and deliver key programmes across the UK and Internationally. A highly strategic role, you will monitor overall performance management, utilising data for key deliverables and working with the wider HR team including the Global Head of HR. Key priorities will include leadership development through coaching, working on a consistent and commercial approach while also identifying high performers and ensuring career pathways and development. You will be an experienced HR Business Partner that has worked alongside an HR Service Centre and able to demonstrate working in a strategic capacity. With an evident commercial and strategic outlook, your ability to build and influence relationships with multiple senior stakeholders is key. You will be able to articulate your experience of driving strategy alongside how this has been measured. Experience gained within a corporate matrix and multi-site environment is desirable. This role is home based. As such you will have complete autonomy to manage your diary but you will also need to remotely manage your team and stakeholders effectively to ensure that the HR agenda is being delivered.
