The role will involve providing informed and pragmatic advice on organisational change, people planning, engagement and health and wellbeing as well as advising on a range of people and HR matters. Applicants should hold a relevant professional or management qualification to masters level or be able to demonstrate the equivalent level of HR experience. You must have significant experience of working within a HR setting and maintain professional registration with the CIPD.
