A leading international business is seeking an experienced Rewards Analyst to support the Head of Reward in implementing their new total reward strategy. This role plays a crucial part in the People team, focusing on benefits profiling, management, and reporting across the Group.
About the Role
* Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate records of employee benefits; Develop and implement effective benefit strategies; Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
