Your role Front Desk Management : Greeting patients, handling inquiries (in-person and over the phone), and scheduling appointments. Patient Records : Managing patient files, updating contact and medical information, and ensuring the database is current. Appointment Scheduling : Coordinating appointment times, managing cancellations or rescheduling, and sending reminders. Billing and Payments : Processing payments, handling insurance queries, and assisting with invoicing. Assisting the Optometrist : Pre-testing patients, helping with frame selection, adjusting and repairing glasses, and maintaining the dispensary. Product Sales : Recommending and selling optical products like lenses, frames, and accessories.
