Job Title: Key Account Manager
Salary: £40-45k + bonus + options
Location: Fulham, London (hybrid, 3 days in office)

The role:
We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to help develop and grow our largest and most strategic UK clients. This is an incredible opportunity to take our core UK job board business to the next level, making a difference by providing great account management and growing the revenue from this vital client base.
You’ll be joining a growing team of 4 working alongside marketing, delivery and our International teams. The role reports to the Head of Sales in the UK. The sales team will benefit from your experience to date but even more important is the passion you bring to work every day. You will strive for excellence, try new things, inspire and engage those around you and feel ownership of overall company success as well as pride in doing your bit.

-Managing our largest UK clients and delighting them
-Building effective working relationships with the current client base and enabling a smooth transition from new business to an account managed service
-Working to understand the client’s motivations for success and work these to ensure delivery of these needs
-Using your analytical skills to track progress on recruitment campaigns, identifying and foreseeing issues, and proactively resolving them
-Acquiring new clients within target segments
-Owning targets on developing accounts and their growth within the business

Requirements
We don’t like to put people in boxes, but you’re likely to be able to demonstrate experience of, or aptitude for much of the below:
-Excellent internal and external rapport builder/ people skills, establishing strong relationships
-A passion for great customer service, you enjoy building long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers
-Experience in online marketplaces and digital advertising models
-Continuous improvement mentality
-Great work ethic, drive and passion, organisational skills
-Strong numerical and technical skills, able to analyse and optimise campaigns.
-Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
It’s a bonus if you have:
-A good understanding of the UK online recruitment advertising market, ideally with CPC models / pricing
