Our client, based in Washington, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to support with the daily functions of the business. Hours of work would be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, 37.5 hours per week. The role will be to cover all aspects of the Administration department, and will include the following duties & responsibilities: General office duties Printing daily/weekly reports, distributing to relevant team members Scanning & Filling Booking in deliveries Answering phones Creating customer document Involvement in auditing documentation Other duties as assigned Requirements: The candidate must have a sound administrative background Excellent organisation and communication skills Good IT & administrative skills Own transport needed due to the location of the company Due to the high volume of candidates responding to our adverts unfortunately we are not always able to provide individual feedback.
