What the Job Involves The role focuses on overseeing care proceedings and pre-proceedings, ensuring high quality and prompt submission of court reports, and facilitating effective care planning to minimize delays for children. You will support social workers across various services and participate in permanence planning meetings. Developing a database to monitor proceedings, providing reports, and supporting Social Workers in enhancing their skills are key tasks. The role involves attending court and legal planning meetings and collaborating with team managers to ensure high standards and non-discriminatory practices.
