About the role:This role is to provide essential cover within the Finance team. This role is key in overseeing end-to-end finance operations, including assisting running the operational finance team.Key Responsibilities: • Helping run the Operational Finance team.• Run daily bank statements.• Allocating customer payments.• Checking vendor payment runs and allocating payments.• Processing refunds through STRIPE.• Attend regular weekly meetings re: System updates, change control etc.being the representative for the finance function.• Raise sales invoices from our operational finance systems and processingin Microsoft BC.• Prepare revenue report from our operational finance systems.• Update sales revenue file for the month.• Create and check weekly payment runs.• Complete customer forms.• Review invoices to check charges are correct.• Update vendors’ details.• Review and improve current operational finance processes.Adhoc tasks required:• CRM reports.• Assisting with candidate / customer / vendor queries.• Responding to audit queries.• Test new customer builds in Vi4.Essential skills:• Strong technical accounting knowledge.• Proficient user of finance software.
