Experienced Graduate Civil Engineer

Salary: Up to £33,000 + benefits
With offices spread out across the UK, my client is a well-established Civil and Structural Design consultancy dedicated to innovative design and sustainable construction. We're looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Civil Engineer to join a growing team in Exeter and Plymouth and contribute to a variety of exciting projects across highways, infrastructure, and drainage works.
Responsibilities:
1. Design & Analysis: Develop designs of infrastructure/highways related projects.
2. Project Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
3. Technical Excellence: Perform design analysis using advanced software tools and provide technical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
5. Site Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 1-2 years consultancy experience.
3. An understanding of Civils 3D and Microdrainage would be beneficial.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to provide innovative and practical solutions to engineering problems.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
6. Driving License: A full UK driving license is preferred, as site visits will be part of the role.
