The Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours per week
We are passionately representing our brilliant client located in Chapeltown as they add further headcount into their customer service team. This is a fantastic customer service and administrative role, working for a thriving organisation that truly cares about its people and the service delivered to clients. Working closely with the customer service and sales teams, the Customer Service Executive will support customers throughout their purchase and handle all sales administration and post-sales administrative support. This role is very well suited to confident communicators who can build relationships with clients as well as provide efficient administrative support.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing a first-class customer experience to all customers
2. Administration of new customers onto the in-house CRM system
3. Assisting with the preparation of quotes for new vehicles
4. Following up on quotations within a 48-hour time frame
5. Processing customer orders using the in-house CRM system
6. Providing customers with updates regarding the status of their enquiry/order
7. Providing the customer service team with general administrative support
8. Producing reports for management
9. Contacting customers that are due for their vehicles to be renewed
10. Assisting with producing payroll reports for salary-sacrifice customers
11. Preparing documentation in relation to vehicles including tax and salary-sacrifice
12. Assisting customers in booking demos for vehicles
13. Other customer service and administrative duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager
We would love to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience:
1. Experience working in customer service or administration in a professional environment
2. Automotive experience is preferred
3. Exceptional organisational skills
4. Confidence in forging strong relationships with customers
5. Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and face-to-face
6. Competent using IT including the full suite of MS Office
7. Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
8. Full and clean driving licence is preferred
