This is a part-time role working within our Edinburgh Shack, creating an amazing customer experience for all our Loaf visitors.
The Job
1. Work with fellow Loafers and other teams around Loaf as one team - brings a positive energy to work
2. Understand and adhere to the Loaf SHACKS sales policies - deliver a customer experience that is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional
3. Make sure you have amazing, up to date product knowledge. Attend regular training sessions and pro-actively keep your product knowledge up to date. e.g. by reviewing the Loaf website
4. Give our customers the confidence to make informed decisions with your honesty and amazing product knowledge
5. Understand customer order processes to make sure orders are placed within guidelines and ensuring every detail is correct
6. Pro-actively feedback on actions that could be taken to improve the Shack layout / placement of products and help drive sales
7. Understand and adhere to the Shack standards training, including making sure all our displays are in line with VM guidelines
8. Understand and adhere to all H&S requirements
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience within a customer service role, ideally within furniture, homewares or fashion - something where you've had the chance to offer customers advice and an honest opinion
2. First class communication and listening skills
3. The ability to work independently and show initiative
4. Excellent attention to detail
