Promise Promo, a well-established supplier of promotional products, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated PA/Office Support team member on a full-time, permanent basis. Salary is negotiable, with the position being based in our office in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and assist him with general day-to-day operations and tasks, including (but not limited to), assisting with his account management, Webshop management, logistics handling and also being able to offer general support and cover to the Production & Logistics Teams when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Managing Director, including email cover, helping to set up quotations, and general account management when he is out of the office.
2. Helping with the running of Webshops – such as managing and maintaining e-commerce sites. Setting up SKU’s, updating product information and pricing details, ensuring all costs are monetised, running month end shipping reports, are some aspects of this.
3. Logistics support and cover – becoming the point of contact for any logistics issues. Duties include monitoring shipments, resolving any queries in a timely manner, and updating/logging details onto spreadsheets.
4. Supporting the Production Team and any other areas of the business, when team members are on holiday. Sending purchase orders, liaising with suppliers regarding orders and updating our CRM system are some examples of this.
Required Skills:
1. Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
2. Good organisation and multi-task skills with the ability to work to deadlines
3. Attention to detail and observational skills
4. Experience with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) and with previous CRM systems is advantageous
5. Self-motivated and hard working

8. A team player, but with the ability to work on own initiative
9. Previous experience in a similar role preferred
