Responsibilities:
1. Main point of contact for customers
2. Quoting customers on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
3. Processing orders on Microsoft Dynamics NAV
4. Entering information onto our CRM system and the daily upkeep of this
5. Answering phone calls to customers
6. Outgoing calls to customers
7. Liaising with other departments via phone, email, Microsoft Teams and in person regarding orders/quotes/lead times/item availability etc
8. Dealing with emails – incoming / outgoing from the sales group email and work email address
9. Reporting customer complaints to the internal NCR process
10. Helping with quotes/orders from the Sales Support Team in Poland
11. When required attending Sales / Operations daily meeting
12. Offer after sales support to customers
13. Keeping customers updated on the order journey
Requirements:
1. Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools
2. Very good telephone and written skills
3. Numeric
4. Commercial awareness
5. Working with Excel
6. Knowledge of the Civil engineering business
7. Good communicator
8. Good multi-department team player
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

13. Site Experience (desirable and not essential)
