Key Responsibilities: Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to client calls in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently. Liaising with Clients: Work closely with clients to obtain any missing documentation and ensure smooth communication. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into various Excel spreadsheets, ensuring the information is up-to-date and error-free. General Office Support: Assist with filing, stationery stock control, and ordering sales brochures to ensure the office runs smoothly. Ad Hoc Support: Provide support to the Office Manager and Sales Advisors, assisting in various administrative tasks as required. Key Skills and Attributes: Confident and Friendly Telephone Manner: Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone. Strong Written and Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all client and team interactions. Highly Organised: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads in a busy environment. Dynamic and Enthusiastic: A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excel and Word Experience: A solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word to carry out essential daily tasks.
