They are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Marketing or Marketing Director to lead their marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and play a pivotal role in their ambitious expansion plans.
The Marketing Director will oversee all marketing efforts, crafting and executing a multi-channel strategy to increase brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and solidify the attraction’s reputation as a must-visit destination.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will spearhead marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and support the brand’s high-growth trajectory, including planned expansion into new geographies in 2025.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning Develop and execute a data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy to grow D2C revenue and achieve growth objectives.
Lead marketing efforts for expansion into new markets, ensuring impactful launch campaigns.
Brand and Content Management Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand’s identity and values, delivering a consistent tone of voice.
Oversee website optimisation to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Drive strategic partnerships with brands, artists, and charities to amplify marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing Lead organic SEO efforts and collaborate with agencies on paid campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
Guide email marketing strategies and CRM initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.
Monitor campaign performance using tools like GA4, HubSpot, and Power BI, providing actionable insights.
Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Build and execute influencer marketing strategies to broaden outreach and brand awareness.
Foster affiliate relationships and develop commercial partnerships with tourism boards and corporate partners.
What we are looking for: Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in family attractions, hospitality, or the visitor attraction sector.
Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and influencer campaigns.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, both written and visual.
Forward-thinking, culturally attuned mindset with a sharp eye for trends in entertainment and education.
Experience managing and growing teams, as well as collaborating with external agencies.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and resourceful in identifying opportunities for growth.
