Hi! We're Ace & Tate and we make glasses. It sounds fairly simple, and that's the whole point. We're here to inject a good dose of common sense into our industry by making well-designed, quality eyewear accessible to everyone. Great fits that last, for all eyes.
We're out to shake up the industry with bold new perspectives on all-things eyewear. Are you ready to make a real impact as an optometrist in our store in London while supporting our mission of becoming a more sustainable company?
We are looking for you, if you:
1. Are a registered GOC optometrist with more than one year experience post-registration.
2. Have extensive dispensing knowledge of lenses and other optical products.
3. Are customer friendly and service minded.
The role of Optometrist
Our optometrists provide the highest level of eye care and play an integral part in customer experience. Next to conducting quality eye tests, dispensing lenses and adjusting frames to fit perfectly, they also support and train the rest of the team on all things optics. We want our optometrists and our customers to have a great experience with each eye test, so we make sure this is reflected in the way we manage our diaries.
What is on offer?
1. Discount codes for free and discounted pairs of opticals and sunnies.
2. The possibility of a monthly bonus.
3. No company uniforms.
4. Continuous Professional Development: we provide yearly CPD to cover all points required for the year.
5. Wellbeing; healthy snacks, a collab with ClassPass and the opportunity to book in free sessions with a certified psychologist.
6. 28 days holiday entitlement and up to 33 days after two years of service (based on full time employment).
7. Pension scheme from the People's Pension.
8. Unlimited access to our internal learning portal.
