What you'll be doing
As a Marketing and Growth Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and sales efforts. This position offers a broad opportunity to contribute to multiple aspects of our agency's growth, from hands-on operational and campaign support in marketing to proactive involvement in sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Marketing
* Work with the Head of Marketing to identify the best hooks and develop them into campaigns.
* Write, curate, and develop content for emails, landing pages, and other campaign assets through our CRM, HubSpot.
* Support the production of video content, including coordinating diaries and locations, working with videographers, and storyboarding.
* Provide operational support, including writing briefs for in-house designers, research, event planning, administration, and other ad-hoc tasks.
* Coordinate cross-channel social media production and posting.
* Take ownership of our agency website, ensuring it is consistently updated and fresh.
* Identify trends and current affairs that could inspire relevant content and produce it.
* Assist in the coordination of award entries.
Growth
* Support outbound sales efforts and create personalized messages using platforms such as LinkedIn and email.
* Conduct background research on potential clients and companies.
* Keep abreast of industry trends relevant to our target audience and utilize them.
* Manage the CRM, produce relevant lists, and ensure data cleanliness.
What we are looking for
We seek a passionate individual about marketing and sales, eager to learn and grow within the agency. This role offers hands-on learning opportunities across both disciplines and is ideal for a self-starter with some experience in marketing and growth, regardless of level, and a hunger to learn.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, on-brand messages across multiple channels.
* Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
* Strong attention to detail, as your work directly reflects on the agency.
* Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and adapt, with confidence to seek clarification when needed.
* A creative edge to help us stand out in the marketplace.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience with HubSpot or other CRM/email marketing tools.
* Experience with Figma or other design tools.
* Experience with Umbraco or other web management platforms.
* Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
* Experience driving outbound sales campaigns via LinkedIn/email.
* Previous roles in marketing or sales.
* Experience managing or coordinating digital campaigns.
