Role Purpose
To provide support to the Retail/Metropolitan Investment team, which undertakes transactions and provides consultancy on investment, sometimes with an element of development situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting other team members in investment transaction work and instructions
- Preparing cash-flows and other financial analyses
- Preparation of investment brochures, presentation documents & material
- Presentations to clients / prospective investors
- Assist in the preparation of reports and advice to clients
- Integrate with peer group in the investment agency market establishing relationships leading to sharing of information
- Demonstrate involvement in high profile instructions and take on more responsibility and day to day management throughout each instruction.
Person Specification/Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Confident and assertive where required
- Able to be creative and innovative
- Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
