* Able to combine creativity with practical application to produce attractive and workable solutions.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Able to explain detailed and complex business problems to colleagues (e.g. software developers) who have little or no property management or accounting experience.
* Able to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet agreed deadlines.
* Highly numerate and enjoy solving logical problems.
* Able to lead others when appropriate to achieve a common goal.
Business and Technical Requirements
* An understanding of Agile Principles / Scrum.

* A basic understanding of SQL management studio.
* Competence in office software basics (MS Word, Excel, and potentially other Microsoft Office products).
* Experience with JIRA or other project tracking software.
* Interest or experience in AI tools.
* Experience with Adobe XD.
* Experience with the Obsidian writing app.
