We're looking for a talented Business Mobilisation Senior Lead to support the end-to-end set-up of new or large-scale (multi-product) media or CE business partnerships that dunnhumby wins within assigned regions, ensuring a successful mobilisation and business set-up. The role will support the Business Mobilisation Manager and own individual project elements. You will work directly with the dh client team where new business engagements are won, and the deployment PMO, providing strategic and practical expertise to mobilise the client engagement based on the agreed partnership requirements, creating and delivering a workplan of activities that encompass all the necessary business operations required to enable the successful launch of a retail media business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support in delivering the end-to-end set-up of new or large-scale media or CE business partnerships that dunnhumby wins within assigned regions.
* Own the delivery of individual mobilisation elements, for example running an RFP to find a store partner.
* Complete a thorough handover from the Media & CE Consulting team that supported the sale including the creation/updating of a stakeholder map for the business mobilisation.
* Design an effective operating model and team structure for the new media business, in consultation with the Media & CE Consulting team.
* Support non-technical workstreams post contract and ensure delivery of plan against agreed timelines working with cross-functional teams.
* Carry out assigned actions from the project plan including: Adapt Advertiser Value Proposition material from CPG team; Advise client team on pricing and commercial packages; Consult with legal on advertiser T&Cs; Coordinate with marketing regarding launch and event material; Amend standard end-to-end delivery processes to the client-specific set up for successful campaign delivery.
* Ensure an effective onboarding of and handover to the new dh team that will be required to deliver the engagement, through working with Media Client Services and Media & CE Consulting.
* Offer post-sales support and oversight to client teams and client service teams for a jointly agreed timeframe.
* Lead and prepare content for all client-facing engagement workshops relating to Business set-up.
* Support with selecting relevant third-party media execution partners (eg Printers, installers, Digital services providers etc) and support mobilisation of any RFP/procurement process.
* Support with driving innovation and efficiency in how dunnhumby mobilises retail media business operations globally through defining and driving best practice, sharing learnings and building agreed changes into the standard process, playbooks and project plan.
* Contribute towards creating a great media & CE solutions team, keeping connected and aligned with the rest of the global Media & CE solutions team.
* Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business.
What we expect from you
* Experience of working in similar global/regional roles for global organisations.
* Knowledge of the grocery retail sector.
* Good understanding of dunnhumby media products/channels.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
* Media industry experience ideally within a retail media owner or client-side within commercial, operational or campaign management focused areas.
