About the role
This a permanent position is for full-time 32.5 htheirs per theyek, 52 theyeks per year, but they are happy to consider requests for part-time.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their friendly and professional team from 22nd April 2025. You will be able to contribute to the excellent teaching practice in their school and offer the perfect balance bettheyen an excellent education and the nurtured development of every individual child’s qualities. The successful candidate will deliver quality teaching, possess excellent communication skills, be creative and have a passion to work with young children - and able to teach the full range of abilities.
* To create and manage a caring, supportive, purposeful, attractive and stimulating environment which is conducive to children’s learning.
* To plan and prepare lessons in order to deliver the school’s curriculum, ensuring breadth and balance in all subjects.
* To identify clear teaching objectives and learning outcomes, with appropriate differentiation, challenge, support and maintain with high expectations.
* To maintain good order and discipline among the pupils, safeguarding their health and safety following school procedures and policies.
* To organise and manage groups or individual pupils ensuring differentiation of learning needs, reflecting all abilities.
* To plan opportunities to develop the social, emotional and cultural aspects of pupils’ learning.
* To maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of children’s progress.
* To prepare appropriate records for the transfer of pupils.
