Job Title: Real Estate Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join our team in Bradford. This is a hybrid working opportunity, with 2 days spent in the office and 3 days worked remotely.
About the Role
This position is part of the continued growth of our Legal Operations Team at Liberty Shared. We are looking for a qualified Solicitor to join our Real Estate team and take advantage of the latest technology to support day-to-day activities, while also receiving support for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
* Conducting due diligence checks and preparing comprehensive reports in line with our clients' Real Estate Manual.
* Supporting junior colleagues by providing feedback and training.
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments, legal updates, and best practices.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
* Participating in business development efforts, including client presentations, marketing, and networking opportunities.

* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain client trust and understand their objectives.
* A willingness and aptitude to rapidly grasp and adapt to new legal issues, demonstrating confidence and agility.
* High levels of attention to detail, prioritisation, and accuracy, achieved through effective self-review and critically challenging data inputs and explanations.
