Summary:
The post holder will work closely with our internal and external clients to support the in-house AV team by project managing and overseeing the delivery of bespoke content activation in the immersive galleries at FRAMELESS.
Responsible for:
* Liaising with clients, documenting client content requests and AV requirements.
* Project management and coordinating the in-house AV team, as well as external freelancers.
* Providing technical specifications and requirements to clients.
* Participating in all event client meetings, including briefings, site visits and follow-ups.
* Assisting and advising clients to align their expectations with potential time, access and costs where applicable
* Planning all necessary milestones for each project including scheduling AV technicians, managing delivery deadlines and acquiring/processing client deliverables.
* Planning and conducting client site visits to preview content
* Coordinating internal/external AV companies, production agencies and event partners where applicable.
* Producing all necessary documentation for project execution.
* Establishing and tracking each client’s event budget and ensuring there is clear and consistent communication around costs throughout the process.
* Managing potential constraints and difficulties related to the event and/or its location.
* Performing post-production reviews, to identify best practice and any areas for improvement.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in events and project management.
Prerequisites :
* Strong oral and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
* High mobility, availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
* A penchant for challenges, with an ability to manage stress and difficulties of live events.
* Excellent abilities in structuring, coordinating, delegating and making decisions.
* Rigorous, methodical, organised and able to prioritise effectively.
* Soft skilled in sales, negotiation, proposal development and problem-solving.
* Proficient IT and technology skills including high command of Office 365 and applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
* Well organised and detail oriented.
* Problem solving / decision making / analytical skills.
* Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
