Job Title: Infor d/EPM Finance Systems Analyst Location: London (Hybrid Working) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum Type: Permanent, Full-time Role Overview: As an Infor d/EPM Finance Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial systems strategy. You will focus on maintaining and optimising the Infor d/EPM platform, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading development projects that enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across finance and IT to ensure the platform meets business requirements, supports decision-making, and drives operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: System Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support for the Infor d/EPM platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability. Development & Optimisation: Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, dashboards, and reporting solutions to meet business needs. Project Management: Lead and support projects to improve financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes, ensuring timely delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, IT, and other business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend system optimisation opportunities, ensuring best practices are applied. Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain system documentation, and deliver training to end-users to ensure effective use of the platform. Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the Infor d/EPM platform. Analysis & Reporting: Support the business with insightful financial reports, analytics, and dashboards using Infor d/EPM tools. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Infor d/EPM. Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes. Experience in system development, configuration, and optimisation within Infor d/EPM. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and reporting tools. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Experience in managing system upgrades and implementing new functionalities. Understanding of finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other relevant tools for data analysis and reporting. Desirable: Experience in other financial systems (e.g., ERP solutions). Prior experience working in a large, global organisation. Project management experience or qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile methodologies). Knowledge of automation tools or scripting languages.
